

Four Lebanese contributed in Founding the Crans Montana Forum of New Leaders for Tomorrow
Crans Montana Economic Forum nominated four young Lebanese: Mazen H.ABBOUD (the Member of the Directing committee of the Regie Libanaise des tabacs & a known environmentalist & writer) , Khaled BAHSALI- the Director of Foreign Affairs Department at Banque du Liban, Gilbert Dumit- the Co-Chairman of Beyondconsult, & Rami MAJZUB- the founding president of JCI Lebanon & a former senior Reuter Official to attend its 2010 Forum on Africa, which took place in Brussels from the 7th till the 10th of April 2010, & be a cofounders (out of young thirties personalities from Africa & the Arab World) of its Forum of New Leaders for Tomorrow.
The Forum was attended by the new director general of UNESCO Erina BOKOVA, a number of African First ladies, & eminent economic personalities.
Crans Montana Forum in its press release considered that Forum of New Leaders for Tomorrow aims to be a unique, multistakeholder community of Arab and African young leaders who are shaping the global agenda and implementing a better cooperation between Arab and African Countries in the framework of the new South-South Cooperation.
ABBOUD who met BOKOVA, the director general of UNESCO, said that the forum was indeed a good opportunity to meet & discuss with African & UNESCO leaders, EU Ambassadors, & Junior Arab & African Leaders their experiences & issues of mutual concerns such as environmental education to combat global warming.
